  Fresh fish as a King Fish or Salmon cured in Lime with our special tiger milk.

• Albacore Tiradito:
  Delicate Albacore cured in Lime with tiradito sauce, capers, and avocado.

• Ceviche Mixto:
  Aussie Cooked Tiger Prawns and fresh Salmon cured in lime and Olive Oil plus avocado and mango with a touch of Asian flavours. 

• Chargrilled Marined Octopus:
  Marinate and Cooked octopus, tender as butter and ready to finish in your own BBQ.

• Parmesan Scallops:
  Raw scallops in their Shell, with cheese and wine ready to finish in your oven.

• Garlic Tiger Prawns in Crusty Bread: One of the most famous garlic in spain and the world.
